國務(wù)院總理李強2025年7月6日會見埃塞俄比亞總理阿比時表示，中國愿同埃塞方在高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”框架下，推動亞吉鐵路這一旗艦工程可持續(xù)發(fā)展，擴大雙邊貿(mào)易投資規(guī)模。

China stands ready to work with Ethiopia to promote the sustainable development of the Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway, a flagship project of the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, and expand bilateral trade and investment, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said on July 6, 2025. Li made the remarks during his meeting with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

【知識點】

亞吉鐵路項目是海外首條全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈“中國標準”的鐵路，是“一帶一路”旗艦項目，于2012年開始施工，2016年全線通車，2018年開通運營。作為東非地區(qū)的交通大動脈，亞吉鐵路連接了埃塞俄比亞和吉布提，被譽為埃塞俄比亞的運輸生命線和新時期的坦贊鐵路。在建設(shè)運營亞吉鐵路的同時，中資企業(yè)還積極響應(yīng)埃塞政府的工業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，在亞吉鐵路沿線為其承建了5個國家級工業(yè)園。

亞吉鐵路的建設(shè)和運營，不但解決了交通難題，還有力促進了沿線工業(yè)園區(qū)和重大項目在鐵路沿線的布局，帶動了鐵路沿線和城市經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，初步起到了“一條鐵路拉動一條經(jīng)濟帶”的效果。目前，在亞吉鐵路沿線，產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集效應(yīng)開始逐步顯現(xiàn)，“港口+鐵路+旱港+工業(yè)園+自貿(mào)區(qū)”組團式發(fā)展，沿線的十幾個工業(yè)園區(qū)在全部投產(chǎn)后總計能為當?shù)貏?chuàng)造幾十萬個就業(yè)崗位，未來亞吉鐵路沿線有望成為東非地區(qū)重要的經(jīng)濟帶。

我們要堅持拆墻而不是筑墻、開放而不是隔絕，堅持共商共建共享，不搞贏者通吃，推動構(gòu)建開放型世界經(jīng)濟，讓發(fā)展中國家更好融入國際分工，共享經(jīng)濟全球化成果。

What we need is to remove barriers rather than erect walls, open up rather than close off. We should carry out extensive consultation and make joint contribution for shared benefit, reject the winner-takes-all approach, and build an open world economy where developing countries are better involved in the international division of labor and share the fruits of economic globalization.
