工業和信息化部等三部門近日聯合印發的《輕工業數字化轉型實施方案》提出，到2027年，重點輕工企業數字化研發設計工具普及率達90%左右。

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other two central government authorities have issued a light industry digital transformation implementation plan. By 2027, the popularization rate of digital research and design tools in key light industry enterprises will reach around 90 percent, according to the plan.

輕工業是我國國民經濟重要傳統優勢產業和民生產業，在穩增長、擴內需、促消費、惠民生等方面發揮著關鍵作用。為貫徹落實國務院辦公廳《制造業數字化轉型行動方案》，推動數字技術加快賦能輕工業發展，系統指導輕工業推進數字化轉型，培育形成新質生產力，2025年3月，工業和信息化部會同教育部、市場監管總局聯合印發《輕工業數字化轉型實施方案》（以下簡稱“方案”）。

方案提出，到2027年，重點輕工企業數字化研發設計工具普及率達90%左右，關鍵工序數控化率達75%左右，打造100個左右典型場景，培育60家左右標桿企業，制修訂50項左右國家標準、行業標準，形成一批數字化轉型成果。到2030年，規模以上企業普遍實施數字化改造，形成“智改數轉網聯”數字生態，高端化、智能化、綠色化發展水平顯著提升。

圍繞發展目標，方案部署實施新一代信息技術賦能、新模式新業態創新應用、產業高質量發展、夯實基礎支撐4大行動，并細化為15項具體措施，對家電、家具、五金制品、電動自行車等細分領域加強分類指導，以數字化場景牽引實現“數字化車間—智能工廠—智慧供應鏈”梯次遞進轉型升級和數字化水平的整體躍升。

據統計，2024年底輕工業企業數字化研發設計工具普及率達84.9%，實現網絡化協同企業占比達47.2%，開展個性化定制企業占比達18.3%。
