The US Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security announced it was adding 43 new entities to its Entity List on Monday, showing that the gestures Washington has made recently to supposedly try and mend ties with Beijing have been nothing but a put-on.
美國商務部工業和安全局6月12日宣布，將43家實體增列入出口管制清單，這表明美國近日試圖和中國修復關系的姿態只不過是作秀。
Not only are 31 of the 43 companies from China, but also the causes it gave for all the 43 entities from 10 countries in total being targeted are related to China. Although as usual nothing has been offered to support the allegations.
列入清單的43家公司不僅包括31家中國實體，而且針對來自10個國家的43家實體的管制理由也與中國有關。和以往一樣，美方沒有提供任何證據來支持這些指控。
The “charges” are typical US long-arm jurisdiction without any legitimacy. About 600 Chinese high-tech entities have been added to the Entity List since the previous Donald Trump administration. The list purportedly protecting “national security” is simply an excuse for the US’ economic coercion.
這些“指控”是美方慣常使用的“長臂管轄”，沒有任何合法性。自特朗普政府以來，已有約600家中國高科技實體被添加入實體清單。清單標榜的保護“國家安全”只是美國搞經濟脅迫的一個借口。
