2023年生態(tài)文明貴陽國際論壇于7月9日下午閉幕。生態(tài)文明貴陽國際論壇是中國唯一以生態(tài)文明為主題的國家級國際性論壇。論壇期間，世界自然保護聯(lián)盟（IUCN）為中國入選《IUCN綠色名錄》的13個自然保護地舉行了授牌儀式。

China's only national-level global forum themed on ecological civilization, Eco Forum Global Guiyang 2023, concluded on Sunday in Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guizhou Province.The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) held the award ceremony for 13 natural reserves in China that were placed on its green list.

生態(tài)文明貴陽國際論壇自2009年創(chuàng)辦以來，已經(jīng)成為推動生態(tài)文明建設(shè)國際交流合作的重要平臺，同時也是世界了解中國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的重要窗口。

2023年生態(tài)文明貴陽國際論壇主題為“共謀人與自然和諧共生現(xiàn)代化——推進(jìn)綠色低碳發(fā)展”。論壇吸引了來自全球42個國家和地區(qū)的3200余名代表參加，促成了多個與綠色發(fā)展相關(guān)的合作。論壇在“堅持綠水青山就是金山銀山，筑牢新時代生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的思想之基”“堅持人與自然和諧共生，夯實共建清潔美麗世界的理論之道”“堅持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動科技引領(lǐng)，謀劃促進(jìn)全面綠色轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展之策”“堅持推進(jìn)綠色低碳發(fā)展，走好推動全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展的行動之路”等四個方面達(dá)成了14項共識。論壇發(fā)布了《中國氣候變化藍(lán)皮書（2023）》《“全球生態(tài)文明智庫高峰主題論壇”咨詢報告》“我國陸地巖溶無機和生態(tài)有機碳匯的時空分布規(guī)律與驅(qū)動機制”“人工調(diào)控土地利用巖溶固碳穩(wěn)碳過程機制”等多項研究成果。

我們堅持綠水青山就是金山銀山的理念，堅持山水林田湖草沙一體化保護和系統(tǒng)治理，全方位、全地域、全過程加強生態(tài)環(huán)境保護，生態(tài)文明制度體系更加健全，污染防治攻堅向縱深推進(jìn)，綠色、循環(huán)、低碳發(fā)展邁出堅實步伐，生態(tài)環(huán)境保護發(fā)生歷史性、轉(zhuǎn)折性、全局性變化，我們的祖國天更藍(lán)、山更綠、水更清。

We have acted on the idea that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. We have persisted with a holistic and systematic approach to conserving and improving mountain, water, forest, farmland, grassland, and desert ecosystems, and we have ensured stronger ecological conservation and environmental protection across the board, in all regions, and at all times. China’s ecological conservation systems have been improved, the critical battle against pollution has been advanced, and solid progress has been made in promoting green, circular, and low-carbon development. This has led to historic, transformative, and comprehensive changes in ecological and environmental protection and has brought us bluer skies, greener mountains, and cleaner waters.
